GHB Powder
$250.00 – $450.00Price range: $250.00 through $450.00
GHB powder is the solid, crystal or white powder form of gamma-hydroxybutyrate, a powerful central nervous system depressant. It is chemically identical to the more common liquid form of GHB (often called “Liquid Ecstasy” or a “date rape drug”) and is usually dissolved in water, juice, or alcohol before being consumed.
- Body impact: Slows brain activity, producing relaxation, euphoria, or lower inhibitions at low doses.
- Danger of overdose: The difference between a dose that causes a high and a dose that causes an overdose is extremely small.
- Severe symptoms: Can lead to sudden blackouts, vomiting, profound unconsciousness, seizures, coma, slowed breathing, and death.
- Risks with alcohol: Mixing GHB powder or liquid with alcohol multiplies the danger and can rapidly be fatal.
- How it is taken: The powder is mixed into a drink. Because it dissolves easily and is virtually colorless and odorless, it has been illicitly slipped into drinks without a person’s knowledge.
- Regulation: GHB is an illegal, highly controlled substance with very limited medical uses (such as prescription sodium oxybate for specific sleep disorders)
Popularity of GHB Powder
GHB has become popular on the party scene. Recreational users report feeling euphoric and generally exhibit increased sociability. Small amounts of GHB may make the user feel relaxed. A little more can lead to dizziness and general disorientation. More still can result in nausea, vomiting, and muscle spasms. GHB overdose can result in memory loss, a deep sleep, a clinically comatose state, or death.
GHB is known to be used as a ‘date rape drug’, often added to a victim’s drink without their knowing. There is a strong sexual component associated with the drug’s action, which is related to it being used as a ‘date rape’ drug.

Is GHB Different from GBL?

- GHB and GBL is most commonly taken orally in liquid form; the powder is not commonly snorted, but dissolved in fluid.
- Swallowed: small capful provides an ‘average’ dose. It can take up to an hour for the effects to be fully felt.
